Follow the procedure given below once all the apparatus has been introduced in the workspace:

1. Click on the Gel Beaker to transfer a small amount of the Gel substance into the empty Gel Mold.
2. Click on the Gel Comb to make wedges in the gel substance in the Gel Mold.
3. Click on the Dye Kit once. Different colors of dye will be poured in the wedges created by the Gel Comb. Just observe as each of them gets poured in the wedges with the help of a pipette.
4. Now, Click on the Gel Mold to put it into the Electrophoresis Chamber.
