Cleansing action of soap

To start the experiment do the following

1. Take a 1L beaker and fill it with 500ml water
2. Add a spoon of detergent and stir it with a stirrer until the detergent dissolves completely.
3. Add the dirty cloth to the solution and leave it for some time.
4. Pull out the cloth when the dirt is removed.

Formation of micelle

To start the experiment do the following

1. Take a 1L beaker and fill it with 500ml water
2. Add a spoon of detergent and stir it with a stirrer until the detergent dissolves completely.
3. Repeat step 2 until a physical change is observed in the solution.
